Every new workspace starts with a 14-day trial with Pro features, and you don't need a card to start. Choose a plan under Billing before the trial ends. If you don't, the workspace moves to the Free plan: your data stays, but you can't add more than the Free limits allow until you upgrade.
Yes, at any time from Billing. Upgrades apply right away and Stripe charges the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. If you're above a lower plan's limits, nothing is deleted; you just can't add more until you're back under the limit or buy an add-on.
You can cancel from Billing at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep full access until then. After that the workspace moves to the Free plan. Partial periods aren't refunded unless the law requires it, and you can export your data before or after cancelling.
Yes. Stripe issues an invoice and a receipt for every payment. Download them from Billing, and add your company name, address and tax ID in the billing portal so they appear on future invoices.
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes. Where sales tax, VAT or GST has to be collected, it's calculated at checkout from your billing address and tax ID and shown separately on the invoice.
Seats are for the people who run your workspace: owners, operations managers and media buyers. Affiliates and students never use seats; affiliates count toward your plan's affiliate limit instead. Pending invitations for staff roles hold a seat until they're accepted, revoked or expire.
Yes. LaunchOS connects to provider accounts you own and doesn't resell those services. Your customers pay into your own Stripe, Hotmart or Shopify account, and each provider's own fees and terms apply. Until an integration is connected you can enter data manually or import CSV files.
Annual plans are charged once a year at a lower price than twelve monthly payments, saving up to 20%. The per-month amount shown for annual billing is the yearly price divided by twelve.
